I do have a great deal to say. I came to Dallas, TX and fell on the ice at the Doubletree Hotel in Richardson, TX. Since this ruling by the Supreme Court, I cannot find an attorney to take my case. Everyone only contacts me to tell me about the ruling. Isn't there something I can do to help me pay these outstanding medical bills and loss of wages and collect for pain and suffering. i work 3 jobs and have just completed 2 months in the house not being able to walk. I can be reached at 412-366-6787. Are you able to help me? Please call me rather than email. Thanks.

Dear David:

I am sorry about your unfortunate incident. I recommend you consult with a medical malpractice attorney as I do not handle medical malpractice cases at this time.

Very truly yours,
Nick N. Feizy

in october of 2008 i went to theorothopedic doctor for a constant pain in my neck,he sent me to get an MRI of the problem so as to better diagnos my problem, besides the pain in my neck i also had numbness in three fingersand the heel of my handdown to my wrist, left side only. on the return visit he (DR. BURG) informed me that the only way to relieve my problems was a cervical fusion operation I informed him that i had been told by a chiropractor that i had been seeing told me,that traction devices, special pillow and continued adjustments would be better for me than surgery.he told me that surgery is the very last resort.i should consider due to the long recovery time.and unreliable results. the surgeon told me that he had done lots of this type of fusions with good results. and recovery time could be from weeks on the short side to a month and half for the longest time he also told me that the hospital. did not have all of the specialized equipment he would need to perform the surgery and i would have to wait for a month or so for these items to be delivered. in the interim my wife spent a great deal of time talking to various members of the upper management of( presby of allen) hospital to get them to waive some of the fees involved in the.process of the surgery. since at the time we had no medical coverage. once the paper work was complete, we set the date for the surgery. i was told thatthe proceedure would be about an hour long. i woke up from a 4 day long coma. in alot of pain and not able to do anything for my self and on a breathing machine. i was told the next day by my wife that i had suffered aright side stroke, the details of which were not revealed to me until much later.all i knowis that now,1)my fingers and hand are still numb2) ialso have severe brain damage/deficets that left me 100% disabled and cannot return to my journeyman electrician career i do not know who is responsible but i have lost my 100,000 house, 2 cars, and my credit rating.not to mention my dignity and self esteem. if there is any justice in the world some one will help me find out who is responsiblefor my injury andhelp me get properly compensated PLEASE HELP****
